This griddle is a perfect temporary cooking surface for experimenting on new dishes or seasonal promotions - without having to pay the cost of new equipment! Constructed of heavy-gauge steel, this metal plate evenly maintains heat and has heat resistant handles. Note: Not to be used on electrical equipment. To prevent warping, surface of griddle must be evenly heated.
