This Town Foodservice's Wok Ring is to support woks not on Chinese ranges. For sizing, ring should be 4" smaller than the desired wok diameter. This 12" wok ring will fit a 16" Mandarin Wok. Made of stainless steel, this wok ring is durable enough for a commercial kitchen.
