Superior in appearance as well as performance, Lodge's Logic 7 qt. Dutch Oven is ready to use right out of the box! Its tightly controlled metal chemistry and exacting mold tolerance deliver consistency for even heating and superior cooking performance. This Dutch oven is electrostatically coated with vegetable oil and cured at high temperatures to allow the oil to deeply penetrate the surface of the cast iron, giving it a seasoned, ready-to-use finish.

The precision fit iron cover also has an integral ovenproof handle. The underside of the iron cover is designed with self-basting tips that allow condensing liquid to fall onto the food, retaining vitamins and moisture. The sturdy integral, ovenproof handles on the Dutch oven provide life long durability. The spiral handle bail dissipates heat, which helps handling the hot Dutch oven easier.
