These oval spoodles are constructed of 20 gauge 18-8 stainless steel with an ergonomic nylon handle. Handle also has a textured surface with a built-in stopper notch to prevent slippage. One-piece construction eliminates crevices which can harbor moisture and bacteria. The spoodle's serving bowl dimensions are exact to ensure consistent capacities within 5%. Additional features include:
- Heat resistant handle up to 475°F
- Capacity clearly stamped on the top side of spoodle.
