APW Wyott Champion CheeseMelter features powerful performance in compact counter spaces. Made to last...this countertop unit is constructed of durable stainless steel and dependable components.

The Champion Cheese Melter provides the ultimate finishing capabilities. This countertop model includes fan-cooled control compartments and quartz elements. Infrared heaters are easy to snap-in and out of the unit. The cheesemelter has a four shelf height "micro switch" that is activated by placing a plate on the shelf. The cheesemelter is constructed of stainless steel with 4" heavy duty legs. The top, sides and back are fully insulated with high quality insulation. Special designed control allows unit to maintain standby level with 25% of heating capacity.
