The SR-42HZP Commercial Electric Rice Cooker has a large cooking capacity, cooking from 5 to 23 six ounce cups in approximately 30 minutes, with a serving capability of up to 74 three ounce portions. Engineered with push button operation, a built-in thermostat for precision control, and a direct heating system. An automatic "keep warm" feature keeps the rice warm for up to 2 hours, resulting in rice that is cooked easily, safely, and effectively. Also features a stainless steel lid and removable pan liner.
