This 36" Wolf Challenger Restaurant Natural Gas Range comes with six 30,000 BTU/hr burners - 30% greater output than other similar ranges. The lift-off burner heads makes cleaning the top of the range much easier. It also comes with a 26" 35,000 BTU/hr oven with an actual cavity of 26-3/8" w. x 27" d. x 14" h. The Range chassis is constructed of fully-welded aluminized steel, improving strength and durability. The front, sides, riser, and the riser's hi-shelf are all made of stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning. Other features include:
- Full width pull-out crumb tray.
- Two oven racks.
- Four rack positions.
- 3/4" rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator.
