Vulcan's V24 24" wide Gas Range is the perfect piece of commercial equipment for restaurants or foodservice establishments. The range's front, sides, backriser, high shelf, oven handle and bullnose are constructed of stainless steel. The door liner and oven bottom are made of porcelain. The V24 range has four 28,000 BTU/hr. cast top burners with lift-off burner heads. There is an individual pilot for each burner. 12" x 12" cast top grates have a built in aeration bowl for greater efficiency. The range's top grates and burner heads are heavy duty and can withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. Compression spring door hinge system for a higher level of durability. One oven rack with four rack positions.
