Vulcan's VCCB Series Charbroiler is positioned to support the production needs of a busy casual dining restaurant.

Vulcan's low profile gas charbroiler can handle the high volume of a commercial restaurant or foodservice kitchen. The 22" deep grates are standard along with 14,500 BTU aluminized steel burners every six inches. Also includes under-burner heat deflectors to protect your refrigerated base.

Vulcan's VCCB25 Charbroiler has an underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards creating a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer and drip areas. The charbroiler's front, sides, top trim and grease trough are made of stainless steel. The full width front grease collection drawer for easy clean up of debris. There is one 14,500 BTU/hr. burner for each 5-1/4" wide cast iron diamond broiling grate. There is one infinite heat control valve for each burner. The supercharger burner dividers minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking capability.
