This caramel Glaze Pop® from Gold Medal produces delicious, lightly caramelized popcorn right in your popper kettle. It's a one-step process, much simpler than the two step process of true caramel corn, which has about three times as much coating. This popcorn glaze only contains 1/4 of the sugar that regular caramel corn has in it.
For perfect tasting caramel corn, simply add half the amount of Glaze Pop as you add popcorn kernels and the glaze will soak into the corn as it pops. For example, use 5 oz. of the caramel Glaze Pop for 10 oz. of popcorn. Use regular popping oil and popcorn kernels with this bag of popcorn glaze to make great tasting caramel popcorn for your customers!
