This pretzel display case from Gold Medal has a stainless steel base and Lexan windows. It is not a food warmer, but does have a motorized pretzel rack to create animation to build sales. Pretzels will dry out quickly in a un-humidified cabinet. Two heat lamp bulbs are included to help keep pretzels warm in the cabinet.
