This low volume small fryer from Gold Medal is ideal for concession stands wanting to sell corn dogs! This small fryer should be operated with only one clip assembly; the recovery rate is too low for more. A large single basket can be substituted if needed. The voltage on this unit is sufficient for corn dogs and light frying. This fryer has a thermometer for you to check the temperature of the oil to make sure it's at the right level needed for frying. It also has a safety shut off switch for your employees safety. Includes a drain valve and two clip assemblies.
