The Broil-O-Dog is designed for ease of use, perfect broiling and terrific merchandising of your products with easily accessible heated bun storage. The hot dog broiler's stainless steel cradle-type hot dog wheel provides basting action that rolls the dogs - resulting in a more evenly cooked product with consistent color.

The cabinet's special glass reflects radiant energy back into the cabinet, increasing speed of cooking and decreasing exterior temperature. The hot dog broiler has a momentary wheel switch for easy loading and unloading of product, making it easier for you and your employees to serve customers. An adjustable infinite control provides a wide range of temperature control, perfect for different items. The pull-out heated bun warmer is built-in with a removable and washable stainless steel pan that keeps buns warm and ready to serve without becoming soggy.

The colorful merchandising graphics will help build impulse sales. The hot dog warmer cabinet is illuminated for better visibility. The lighted "on-off" switch of the broiler is for visual control.
