With the Fryer Puck® boil-out tablet from Discovery, enhance your food's taste and quality while reducing energy costs. This concentrated fryer tablet is a heavy duty detergent formulated to meet the toughest cleaning jobs. Fat and grease don't stand a chance with this low foaming cleaner. A clean fryer means better tasting food, better food presentation, and a better BTU (british thermal unit) recovery rate. This boil-out tablet is specifically formulated to clean all types of gas and electric deep fryers, including fish and chicken fryers, donut fryers, funnel cake fryers, and more.

Boil-out means this tablet contains low foam additives to prevent fryer boil-over while cleaning, which eliminates contaminated measuring devices left in the cooking area and airborne contaminated dust. Fryers should be boiled out at least once a week or as often as necessary to maintain clean cooking oil. Energy costs in your cooking cycle will be reduced due to the BTU recovery rate. The pre-measured fryer tablet eliminates overuse and mixing errors. This fryer cleaner contains no phosphates, chlorinated solvents, flammable ingredients, toxic fumes, or odors. To clean fry baskets and fryer accessories, simply place them in the fryer pot during boil-out.
