Built-in insulated stainless steel wells keep meats, beverages, side dishes or garnishes cold...even at the end of the trail. Ideal for serving fresh meals in out-of-the way locations that other caterers just can't: ranches, parks, private residences and more.
Cooking surface measures 46" wide x 21" deep. 6 LP (liquid propane) gas burners provide maximum control and quick recovery, producing a total of 99,000 BTU/hr. Stainless cooking grates, side shelves and trim. Includes dual 30 lb. propane tanks (shipped empty). Twin insulated stainless steel beverage/meat storage compartments with drain (inside dimensions of each compartment: 42"l. x 19"w. x 15"d.). Trailer has 13" tires and conforms to all applicable motor vehicle safety standards. Removable tongue and 1-7/8" ball.
