The cooking surface of the MCB-72 is wide open: almost six feet long and two feet wide. WIth more than ten square feet of cooking area you can get all fired up about grilling. You have room for a massive amount of meat and all the grilled trimmings. This model is very popular with volume feeders, resorts and country clubs. Separate roll domes allow for cooking foods at different temperatures. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, including grids, burners, and fasteners with a unibody design for added strength.
Cooking surface measures 70" wide x 21" deep. Ten LP (liquid propane) gas burners provide maximum control and quick recovery, producing a total of 159,000 BTU/hr. Includes hose and regulator. Two 14" wheels and two total lock casters enhance mobility in all types of terrain. This package includes the MCB-72 Charbroiler, two RD-36/72 Roll Domes, one RES Removable End Shelf and the BC-72 outdoor cover (not pictured).
