For small caterers or restaurateurs, culinary teaching institutions, hotels, clubs or volume feeders, this model is a very capable starting point. Fires up quickly and preheats in less than 6 minutes with Roll Dome down. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, including grids, burners, and fasteners with a unibody design for added strength.
Cooking surface measures 34" wide x 21" deep. Five LP (liquid propane) gas burners provide maximum control and quick recovery, producing a total of 79,500 BTU/hr. Includes hose and regulator. Two 14" wheels and two total lock casters enhance mobility in all types of terrain. This package includes the MCB-36 Charbroiler, the RD-36 Roll Dome, one RES Removable End Shelf and the BC-36 outdoor cover (not pictured).
