An affordable, durably constructed stainless steel charbroiler that is perfect for the homeowner who wants a professional set-up or for the caterer in need of a light commercial griller. Fires up quickly and preheats in less than 6 minutes with Roll Dome down. Thermometer built-in to Roll Dome for accurate readings. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, including grids, burners, and fasteners with a unibody design for added strength.
Cooking surface measures 28" wide x 21" deep. Four LP (liquid propane) gas burners produce a total of 64,500 BTU/hr. Includes hose and regulator. Two 14" wheels and two total lock casters enhance mobility in all types of terrain. This package includes the MCB-30 Charbroiler, the RD-30 Roll Dome, one RES Removable End Shelf, the ABR-30 bun rack, and the BC-42 outdoor cover (not pictured).
