A strong, commercial grade nylon exterior protects the inner layers and the carrier against rips, tears and stains. Comes with commercial-strength latches that close securely in a snap! Made of the same insulation used in high-performance cold weather gear, the non-woven polyester insulation won't retain moisture or odors. A reflective vapor barrier helps keep the temperature even throughout the carrier. The interior insulation is lightweight, resists flaking and cleans easily. Because the interior insulation is also rigid, it provides support and structure to the carrier. Time temperature monitoring and labeling is easy with a large identification window secured to each carrier. Aluminum runners allow metal or plastic pans to slide easily in and out. Heat retention, or heat loss per hour over 4 hours, is 6.0°F and cold retention, or heat gain per hour over 4 hours, is 0.4°F. All components are commercial dishwasher safe and interior removable core is bleach safe.
