Carlisle's Cateraide™ Top Loader Pan Carrier accommodates all pan sizes up to one 6" deep full-size pan. The automatic self-venting system eliminates unsanitary vent openings and easily lost vent caps. The Nylex™ latches eliminate sharp edges and won't rust, bend or dent. Heat resistant to 200°F.
