This party keg pump from Micro Matic is the most common tap system available and can be used with all the major breweries, as well as most craft breweries. It is also known as an American Sankey Coupler. This party pump can be used at single keg special events such as picnics, backyard bar-b-ques, beach parties, and many more! The handle on this beer tap has a short stroke pump for quick pumping and is ideal for the smaller diameter 1/6 pony kegs. This beer keg pump has a lever handle for easy keg tapping.

A classic mistake when operating this chrome keg tap is that the user will pump first and then open the faucet. This generally results in a faster, foamy pour.

For a perfect, proper pour, try these steps:

• First, tap the keg.
• Second, open the faucet until all the pressure is relieved.
• Third, with the faucet open, begin pumping until desired flow is reached.
• Fourth, stop pumping. Only pump with the faucet open.
• And last, repeat the third step until the keg is empty.
