This two door back bar cooler from True Refrigeration is designed from inside to outside with the needs of your commercial operation in mind. With its stainless steel countertop, wear-resistant laminated vinyl front and sides, and aluminum back, the matching black-colored exterior makes this one sleek refrigeration system. Its positive-seal doors offer a threshold protector to prevent damage from frequent product loading. The interior of this back bar cooler features a stainless steel floor with 1/2 inch reinforced lip and heavy gauge galvanized steel walls and fluorescent interior lighting for visibility. With a quick pull down of hot 90°F products, this oversized, factory-balanced, refrigeration system also holds cold 33°F to 38°F temperatures and offers faster recovery of temperature in high use situations. Air vents on the cooler's side maximize flow of fresh air throughout the condenser and the versatile flat top slides easily under a bar or can be used as counter or storage space.
