Hang the pastry brush by a molded-into-the-handle hook to hang on the side of bowls and pots to prevent contamination, melting and mess. Ideal for adding garlic butter to breads, for basting meat and poultry, or for adding a glaze to pastries and breads prior to baking. Hand washing recommended.
