ISI Basics' Red Mixing Bowls are ideal for adding ingredients into the narrow chute of a food processor or between the bowl and body of a stand mixer. The flexible rim of the mixing bowls form a spout anywhere the sides are squeezed. The mixing bowl is more rigid at the bottom for stability and leverage while mixing. Its silicone material will grip the counter to provide traction. The inside is smooth, for easier poring and cleaning, while the outside is textured for an easier hand grip.
