Baguettes are a breeze with this 5" x 26" french bread pan from Focus Foodservice. Manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakers and foodservice establishments, this baguette pan is built to last. Constructed of perforated, heavy-gauge, 3 ply, aluminized steel, the pan has excellent heat conductivity plus the corrosion resistance that includes aluminum/steel alloy. A silicone coating allows for easy release of freshly baked french bread sticks.
