Manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakers and foodservice establishments, it is constructed of heavy-gauge 3 ply aluminized steel. This heavy duty muffin pan has excellent heat conductivity plus the corrosion resistance that includes aluminum/steel alloy. Made to last, the pan has a reinforced frame for additional strength and durability. The pan's silicone glaze allows for easy release of freshly baked muffins, pecan rolls and other round baked goods.
