The natural finish, quarter size bun pan is constructed of impact-resistant 16 gauge, 3004 aluminum and is sized to fit standard baker's racks. The concave bottom of the bun pan flattens during heating for a more even heat distribution. The rim's closed bead design includes a galvanized non-rusting rod for reinforcement. The tapered design of the sheet pan promotes easy stacking to take up less space in your kitchen. This bun pan is ideal for smaller portion sizes.
