Cooking pouches, otherwise known as papillotes can be used for fish and vegetables to allow healthy flavorful steaming. This pack of 6 parchment paper sheets are made with no animal fats or oils. Use as a microwave oven liner or a tamale wrapper so that you have no messy clean up. Simply cut the parchment sheet to fit any 12" x 16" or smaller cookie sheet or baking dish and cook your food as normal. The parchment paper can withstand temps up to 450°. Resistant to scorching, the parchment paper will prevent your food from sticking to your pan. Makes clean up a snap! Do not broil and keep the parchment paper away from flame.
