This baking mat from Focus Foodservice is made of food-grade silicone over reinforced fiberglass to withstand temperatures up to 500°F. The full size baking mat is naturally non-stick, so no grease, fats, or oils are needed. Use the smooth side for baking cookies, Danishes or pastries. This baking mat can be used at home or in bakeries for fast clean up. Baked goods can easily be removed from this silicone baking mat after they have been baked.
