Designed and manufactured in the United States, this Wear-Ever Ever-Smooth™ Fry Pan is built for commercial kitchen use with special features like extra dent and warp resistant 3004 aluminum for fast and even heating. The Ever-Smooth™ interior surface ensures easier cooking and less interference from rivet heads which eliminates food and bacteria collection areas. This fry pan has a WearGuard® coating that releases better and scratches less.

The fry pan has a slip-on, replaceable Cool Handle® silicone sleeve. The FDA approved sleeve offers excellent insulation and a comfortable grip all chefs can appreciate. Even when placed in the oven or on the stove top with an open flame, the Cool Handle will not burn, smoke or smolder. It is intermittently oven safe to 600°F (316°C).
