Vollrath's Classic Select Brazier is perfect for long, slow cooking. Wide heating surface allows the cooking of meats and vegetables in limited amounts of liquid. Solid welded aluminum handles for durability and easy interior cleaning. Constructed of heavy 2 gauge (1/4") impact resistant 3004 aluminum to stand up to tough knocks. Double-thick bottom heats evenly and eliminates hot spots. Smooth surface for easy cleaning.
